CMP coordinated a series of in-person and webinar training programs for the Office of Adolescent Health (OAH) Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP) Program over an eight-month period in 2016. During these program, OAH grantees were trained as facilitators or trainers on how to deliver evidence-based programming to the TPP community. Each in-person training was limited to 25 attendees.
CMP Services Provided:
CMP was tasked with managing all logistical details for each training including site selection, contract negotiation, website development, online registration and payment processing, facility management, speaker coordination, and onsite staffing and execution of each training.
CMP Value Added:
CMP developed a master planning checklist to follow when implementing this series. Each training had its own nuances, which required us to change our planning checklist slightly to accommodate the unique specification of each program. Using our core planning checklist allowed us to work more efficiently saving our client time and money.
We also negotiated the using of grantee training facilities rather than having to rent space at hotels, also saving our client money.
“I continue to hear wonderful feedback from my staff who are working with your team. Comments like ‘CMP is so easy to work with’ or ‘CMP thinks of everything’ or ‘CMP has made my life so much easier’ are commonplace. I like to pass on these things when I hear them because it’s important for you to know that your team and your hard work is appreciated.”
